Jessica became certified in Integrative Dry Needling in 2014, Finding Functional Foundations methodology in 2024, and also completed the EDS ECHO training for Allied Health Professionals in 2024.

Her background practice and training in dance, yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness inform her practice.
